I am primarily a commercial and industrial property valuer and broker in the vicinity of one of the largest harbor ports in the Southern Hemisphere called Durban Harbour. Durban is probably accounting for 90% of all container traffic by ship into and exiting South Africa.

So in order to help those looking for information about the Durban Property Market, we decided to make a website with the information we expected to find all in one place, a directory if you will. The result was www.durban-property-searcher.co.za. and an ebook to help internet marketers which you can receive by sending a request to step-by-step-guide@durban-property-searcher.co.za.

Then with the learning curve of setting up our own website came seo and traffic and so on.The result a quest to understand and relate to internet marketing.

And a new passive income was born. So in amongst the property and internet marketing, I still find time to surf, fish some awesome shore breaks on the coastline, go camping and throw in a little R and R.

So I hope you enjoy my writing style and random topics on hubpages. I have recently become interested in Ancient cultures and their esoteric teachings as well as astrology and astronomy. The Arts and Sciences if you want to name it.
